With a humble start as real estate brokers, we slowly became sole-selling agents/underwriters for major industrial and commercial projects in Mumbai for reputed builders.

We were awarded the "Estate Consultant of the Year" in the year 1993 by Accomodation Times.

Owing to the sheer volume of transactions successfully completed, we have a vast experience in dealing with issues like due dilligence, legal formalities, documentation, stamp duty and registration, title clearance etc.
